For patients who do not have a "family" medical institution near their home, a nurse will help them find a local medical institution at the "family doctor consultation desk" in the Patient Support Center.

After being referred to a local medical institution, the family doctor will be in charge of treatment and prescription of medicines. If it is determined that hospitalization or advanced treatment is necessary, your family doctor will create a referral letter and refer you to an appropriate medical institution, including our hospital.
In addition, even after being referred to a primary care doctor, patients who require follow-up at our hospital will be examined regularly at our hospital in cooperation with their primary care doctor.

At the Patient Support Center, you can receive treatment at home, use nursing care insurance services, and consult on medical expenses.
