When coming to the hospital by bus
For those using the bus
Shinki Bus operates from Sannomiya Station and Kobe Station. Both fares are 250 yen.

Free bus service on weekday mornings
A free Shinki Bus runs from all the bus stops from "Sannomiya Station Kobe Hankyu Mae" to "Medical Center Station" and "Kobe Station (South Exit)" to "Medical Center Station". It is free only when getting off at "Kobe City Medical Center".Getting off at "Medical Center Station" is not free of charge.
- Admission is free on weekdays from 7:25 to 8:55, for outpatients and accompanying persons.
- When you get off the bus, please present your patient registration card or a reservation ticket issued by our hospital. Please note that it will not be free if you do not present it.
- Visitors (visitors) are not eligible for free admission.
- There is no free bus from "Chuo Kobe City Medical Center" to "Sannomiya Station Kobe Hankyu-mae" or "Kobe Station (South Exit)".
From the bus stop under the footbridge on the north side of Kobe Hankyu, take the bus bound for "Kobe City Medical Center".

The boarding location has changed from April 1, 2022. Please use the bus bound for "Kobe City Medical Center" at the Shinki Bus Terminal.

For those using the highway bus from Awaji/Shikoku (transfer at Sannomiya)
The second floor (Mint Kobe) of the Sannomiya Bus Terminal drop-off area is directly connected to Port Liner Sannomiya Station via a deck.
When coming to the hospital by Port Liner
From each transportation, transfer to the Port Liner at "Sannomiya" and get off at "Iryo Center Station".
Take the Port Liner bound for Kobe Airport.
*Please note that the bus bound for Kitafuto does not stop.
A "return visit reception machine" is installed next to the ticket vending machine at Port Liner Sannomiya Station. * After visiting the hospital, please swipe your patient ID card through the revisit reception machine in the hospital and receive a "caller".

How to get to Port Liner Sannomiya Station
After exiting the east ticket gate, there is an escalator on the sea side (south side) that leads to the Port Liner.

Hankyu Corporation websiteExit the ticket gates at the west exit, go to the right (north), go up the escalator in front of you, and there is a connecting passage on the right (east). Please follow the signs.
Hanshin Electric Railway HomepageFrom the east ticket gate, go out "East Exit 5" and pass through the JR station premises in front of you to find a connecting passageway. Please follow the signs.
Kobe City Subway HomepageAfter exiting the ticket gate, go to Hanshin Sannomiya Station through the underground mall (Sanchika) from "Exit 4" on the left (west) side. Go past the station, go up the escalator in front of you, and there is a connecting passageway on the right (east side). Please follow the signs.
Kobe City Subway HomepageWhen coming to the hospital by car
It takes about 15 minutes from each direction across the Kobe Ohashi Bridge. Please follow the directions. You can also use Minatojima Tunnel in Sannomiya East.
Those using Route 3 Kobe Line
Get off at "Ikutagawa IC" or "Kyobashi IC" and proceed according to the signs for Port Island.
Those using Route 5 Wangan Route
Get off at "Sumiyoshigawa IC", go through "Harbor Highway", and proceed according to the signs for Port Island.
Follow signs for Port Island from all directions. It takes about 15 minutes after crossing Kobe Ohashi. You can also use Minatojima Tunnel in Sannomiya East.
Main building parking lot entrance
Please enter through the entrance on the north side (mountain side) of the hospital. Please use the three-dimensional parking lot just west of the entrance.
Advanced Medical Center Parking Lot (for South Building) Entrance
Please enter through the south entrance of the South Building.

Present your parking ticket, consultation ticket, physical disability certificate or mental disability certificate at the guard room on the 1st floor.
*Patients who have a long-term parking authorization for the disabled should present the long-term parking authorization for the disabled and pay at the parking lot payment machine.

Insert your parking ticket and consultation ticket into the parking lot payment machine (parking lot exit gate or pre-payment machine near the entrance on the 2nd floor of the hospital)
Alternatively, after presenting the parking ticket and discharge certificate or discharge treatment plan at the guard room on the 1st floor, please pay at the parking lot payment machine.

When visiting from Kobe Airport
Please take the Port Liner from the 2nd floor of the airport terminal building through the passageway. All trains stop in front of the hospital.
From medical center station to hospital
The place where you get off the medical center station is "in front of the advanced medical center". Municipal hospital is about 100m to the north according to the guide. Passages on both the east and west sides of the Port Liner are available. A "moving walk" is installed in the east side passage.
After exiting the ticket gate, turn left and immediately turn right. Take the connecting corridor to the main building of Kobe City Medical Center.
Exit the ticket gate and go straight to the left to the Kobe City Medical Center South Building.
