Discharge procedure

Payment
The bill will be handed over at the ward. For payment, please use the automatic payment machine installed on each floor.

ticketing
A "Receipt", "Medical Statement", "Discharge Certificate" and "Next Outpatient Reservation Ticket" will be issued from the automated teller machine.

Receipt
Please pick up your discharge prescription and items for home use at the ward before leaving.
Outpatient after discharge
On the day of your outpatient reservation, please bring your necessary belongings and come to the 2nd floor of the main building.

Insert your patient registration card into the "return visit reception machine" located at the entrance on the 2nd floor, and check the details of your reservation on the screen.

When you press "Confirm" on the screen, a patient registration card, a "caller", and a "reception number slip" will appear.

Please follow the guidance display on the caller to see an outpatient.
