A letter of introduction is required at the first visit to our hospital.

Please make an appointment online or by fax from your family doctor in advance, and bring the referral letter with you when you visit. If you make an appointment in advance, the waiting time will be less.

Those without a letter of introduction

If you do not have a letter of introduction, please note that you will be required to pay 7,000 yen for medical and 5,000 yen (including tax) for dental care at the time of your first visit, in addition to the insurance co-payment.

*Medical and dental services are treated as separate medical institutions for insurance purposes. Please note that each person will be responsible for their own expenses.

*Even if you visit other departments of our hospital, you may be charged for the first visit.

    1. After receiving the number tag, please fill in the necessary information on the “medical application form”.

    2. When it is your turn, you will be called from the General Reception Desk.

    *Please note that the waiting time and order of treatment may change depending on the conditions of other patients. Our hospital uses a pager, so please check how to use it.

    For those who do not have a medical card

    I will give you a medical card. A patient registration card can be used for all clinical departments. Please keep it in a safe place and be sure to bring it with you when you visit a doctor in the future. (Reissue fee: 110 yen (tax included))

  2. Medical examination/examination

    Please follow the instructions of your doctor or nurse regarding blood sampling, X-rays, various tests, CT scans, etc.

  3. Reservation for next medical examination/examination

    The date and time of your next consultation/examination appointment is on the bill and receipt that you will receive at the time of payment.

    If you wish to change the reservation date and time

    Please use the dedicated phone number for reservation changes, the reservation change application form, or the "Reservation Center" counter.

    If doctor instructs you to adjust your appointment

    Please confirm the reservation date and time at the "Reservation Center" counter in the general reception on the 2nd floor or by phone.

  4. Payment

    When the payment amount is displayed on the calling machine, please pay at the automatic payment machine. After completing the payment, please receive the "Bill/Receipt", "Examination/Examination Reservation Ticket", "Medicine Exchange Ticket" (if you have one), and "Medical Statement".

    * Receipts are required for various proofs such as medical expense deductions. We will not reissue it, so please keep it in a safe place. (If it is lost, a separate fee will be charged for issuing a receipt certificate.)

    After payment, you will receive a receipt, statement and patient registration card, so please do not forget to take them.

    On March 15, 2021, we started the “Medical Expenses Deferred Payment Service”.
    "Medical expense deferred payment service" is a service that allows you to go home without waiting for payment after the examination by registering your credit card in advance on your smartphone. (No registration or usage fees) Can be used to pay for inpatient medical expenses, outpatient medical expenses, and emergency outpatient medical expenses. Regarding the accounting on the day, it will be settled later from the registered credit card. Receipts can be issued at a special issuing machine in the hospital after payment.

    Out-of-hospital prescription
    "Outside prescriptions" will be given in the examination room. Please bring your medicine to the desired pharmacy outside the hospital (insurance pharmacy) and receive the medicine there. Please select a pharmacy that is convenient for you as your "family pharmacy" so that you can receive "medication guidance" and "medication history management". You can check the location of the pharmacy with the out-of-hospital prescription fax machine.
    In-hospital prescription
    The medicine exchange ticket will be printed on the receipt after payment, so please bring it to the medicine window on the 1st floor. When it is ready, we will inform you of the number on the screen at the medicine window. If you would like to use the post-payment service for medical care, please come to the manned accounting counter at the general reception on the 2nd floor before leaving.
