We have established a patient consultation desk to respond to various consultations, such as medical questions from patients about their illnesses and the burden of living and hospitalization. In addition, we will respond to consultations regarding medical safety, problems, and other concerns.

Medical social consultation, welfare consultation

Medical social workers will consult with patients and their families about public support and welfare systems when they become ill.

  • About financial problems in continuing medical treatment
  • Consultation on public assistance related to medical expenses
  • About health insurance procedures (Injury and Sickness Allowance, continuation of insurance after retirement, high-cost medical care benefit system, etc.)
  • Welfare system (physical disability certificate, independence support medical care) and disability pension
