Palliative Care Team (PCT)

We carry the burden of patients and families together.

The palliative care team cooperates with the attending physician and the nurse in charge to care for the "physical pain" and "mental pain" of the hospitalized patient. Our multidisciplinary members provide support from various perspectives so that patients and their families can live independently and continue treatment. (385 requests in 2018)
*If you would like support from the palliative care team, please talk to your doctor or nurse. From 2019, our hospital established a Palliative Care Center and expanded its activities.
