Patient Support Center Information

At the Patient Support Center, nurses, medical social workers, and administrative staff provide consultations for our outpatient and inpatient patients, support for discharge, and liaise with local medical institutions. We also handle inquiries and consultations regarding second opinions.

For local medical institutions, we will serve as a point of contact for referral patients such as fax reservations, as well as a point of contact for inquiries about medical information, and a point of contact for patients who are transferred to other hospitals or receive home care after being discharged from our hospital.
