Notes

Please observe the following rules when conducting interviews.

  1. As a general rule, interviews during medical treatment cannot be permitted due to medical safety concerns.
  2. From the viewpoint of personal information protection, we cannot permit interviews of patients and their families. However, the written consent of the patient (or guardian in the case of a minor) and his/her family has been obtained, and the relevant department has determined that there is no problem with the protection of personal information of the patient, etc., and is required by our hospital. If you do, we may permit you to interview us.
  3. As a general rule, we do not allow interviews in public spaces such as hospital wards, waiting areas, and corridors.
  4. Regarding the provision of photos, videos or data related to medical treatment at our hospital, we may provide it only when the patient's consent is obtained in consideration of personal information protection.
  5. When taking photographs for interviews, please be careful not to capture patients or other people in the photographs. If patients are captured in the photographs or videos, their use is prohibited. However, if consent is obtained from the patient (or their guardian in the case of a minor) and their family, if the relevant department judges that there are no problems with protecting the personal information of patients and other people, and if the hospital deems it necessary, use of the photographs or videos may be permitted. However, please be sure to apply mosaics and audio processing, etc. to the photographs. It is prohibited to use the unprocessed photographs as is.
