In Kobe City area, a multidisciplinary community collaboration (CUREKOBE) centered on rehabilitation is being promoted, but in order to provide integrated rehabilitation from the acute phase through the recovery phase and even the daily living phase, a wider range of knowledge and more advanced skills than ever before are required.

We are pleased to welcome Professor Hiroyuki Shirota, President of Juntendo University, and Professor Tetsuya Takahashi, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, to give a lecture on the theme of "The Future of Community Rehabilitation Medical Care in a Multimorbidity Environment."

This lecture has been suspended for a long time due to the impact of COVID-19, but this year, marking the memorable milestone of its 10th anniversary, it will be held in a completely face-to-face format for the first time in five years at the Octa Hall on the Kobe campus of Hyogo College of Medicine.

We would like to ask doctor, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language-hearing pathologists, social workers from each hospital, facility, and visiting nursing office who work tirelessly in hospital-hospital and hospital-clinic collaboration, as well as teachers involved in education, to please attend, despite your busy schedules.
