In order to alleviate congestion on the Port Liner, Kobe City is conducting a social experiment in which it will increase the number of bus services heading towards Port Island during the weekday morning rush hour and issue a common bus pass to holders of a Port Liner commuter pass, which will allow them to use buses heading towards Port Island for free during the morning rush hour.
In order to further improve convenience, the Sannomiya Station bus stop for weekday morning buses heading to Port Island will be relocated from April 1. This will make it easier to access from the train station and will be convenient for those who want to avoid getting wet in the rain while waiting to board, so please use it for commuting to work or school.
Please note that the relocation of the Sannomiya Station bus stop will only apply during weekday morning rush hours (6:30-9:00). During other times and on holidays, buses will depart from Kobe Hankyu-mae (Y5) as usual. Please also note that buses bound for the Poai Campus and Kobe Women's University will depart from Kobe Hankyu-mae (Y5) as usual.

② Sannomiya Station → Kobe Women's University → Minatojima Minamimachi 3-chome → Medical Center Station → Kobe City Medical Center
③ Sannomiya Station → Port Village West → Minatojima Station → Kobe Chamber of Commerce and Industry → Minatojima Minamimachi 3-chome → Medical Center Station → Kobe City Medical Center → Children's Hospital
④ Sannomiya Station → Port Village West → Minatojima Station → Kobe Chamber of Commerce and Industry → Minatojima Minamimachi 3-chome → Medical Center Station → Minatojima Minamimachi 5-chome → Computing Science Center → Minatojima Minamimachi 7-chome → Customs Inspection Center → Minatojima 9-chome → Container Terminal
* Buses bound for Poai Campus and Kobe Women's University will continue to operate from the current bus stop (Kobe Hankyu (Y5)) as before.
