It is expected that it may be difficult to get through to the reservation change center by phone. Please use the online application to change your reservation whenever possible.

Depending on the availability of staff due to the suspension of public transportation, etc., not only may there be delays in medical treatment, but in some cases, general outpatient services may be suspended.
