At our hospital, your My Number card can be used as your health insurance card.
You can easily authenticate (Mya reception) by placing your My Number card on the card reader with facial recognition installed at the following counters.
Location of card reader with facial recognition
・Insurance card counter on the 2nd floor of the main building
・Emergency outpatient reception on the 1st floor of the main building
・South Building 2nd floor reception
Please note that even if you do not have a My Number Card, you can still use your health insurance card as usual.
- Various medical certificates (specific medical expenses (designated incurable disease) recipient certificates, infant medical certificates issued by municipalities, etc.) cannot be authenticated using a card reader with facial recognition. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please present your medical card at the reception desk where you will receive your medical treatment.
- Please note that if you are using your My Number Card health insurance card at our hospital for the first time, you will need to apply to the insurance confirmation counter.
- At the Health Insurance Card Counter on the 2nd floor of the Main Building, we have a reception desk that gives priority to those who use My Number Health Insurance Cards. At the "My Number Only Counter" on the Health Insurance Card Counter on the 2nd floor of the Main Building, we accept My Number Health Insurance Cards and answer questions about using My Number Health Insurance Cards.
