This latte is made with our special mitarashi sauce and shiratama rice flour dumplings, topped with a moon-shaped cookie for a perfect moon-viewing drink. The mitarashi sauce is made with Yamasa Soy Sauce's highest quality dark soy sauce, "Kasane Shikomi Shoyu Honkaiseki"!
It has an elegant and deep flavor.
