Reception procedure

reception machine Irrespective of whether you have an appointment or not, first check in using the reception machine for returning patients. This machine is located by the public telephones next to the entrance on the 2nd floor. Insert your consultation card into the machine and operate the machine according to the instructions shown on the screen. On completion, a reception slip is issued with your consultation card. [A new consultation card with a magnetic strip is necessary for checking in using the reception machine. If you have an old consultation card, please exchange it for a new one at Window No. 3 (Reception Window for new patients) of the Central Window on the 2nd floor.]

If you have an appointment ticket, you need not drop the reservation ticket at the reception desk in front of the clinic once you have checked in using the reception machine for returning patients.

If you are visiting a department at which you are presently being treated or have recently been treated without an appointment, please also check in with the reception machine for returning patients. If you are visiting a department for the first time or after a long interval, please undergo the reception procedure at the reception desk of the department.
